Melissa Rae Snow was born on March 29, 1987 in Riverside, California to Gary Snow and Lisa Iyott. Melissa was a Waterbuster child.Melissa attended school in Arizona and North Dakota. She completed school and went on to obtain a medical records certificate. Melissa met Steven Frederick and together they started a family with 5 children; Joseph, Genevieve, Jayden, Gage and Gabrianna. Her children kept her busy with their activities and education. Melissa loved talking with her family and friends and generally planning family birthdays and holidays. She liked to do cookouts. Her favorite color was purple. Melissa always wore a beautiful smile and had a good sense of humor. 

She is survived by her children Joseph, Genevieve, Jayden, Gage and Gabrianna Frederick; partner Steven Frederick; father, Gary Snow (Paula), Aunt Carmelia Snow, Aunt & Uncle Elaine Snow Good Voice Elk & Fred Good Voice Elk; brothers Wesley Snow and Phillip Iyott; sister Maria Gonzalez; cousins Amelia Snow, Waylan Kucate (Ashleigh), Kassie Kucate (Louis); Sara Good Voice Elk; niece, Iris Good Voice Elk, nephew Curtis Kukate; step-grandparents Beaman & Patricia Wisdom; step-aunt Wendy Wisdom. She was preceded in death by her mother Lisa Iyott and her uncle Wesley Earl Snow. As a Waterbuster clan child, her senior pallbearer is Delvin Driver, Sr. of New Town, North Dakota.
