NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD ON PROPOSED BUSINESS LICENSES CODE

To the Members of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation (MHA Nation):

Please take Notice that the Tribal Business Council of the MHA Nation has approved the attached (click on link below) Draft Business Licenses Code to be considered for enactment by the Tribal Business Council at its regularly scheduled Tribal Business Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.   

The Tribal Business Council is taking comments from the public on the proposed Business Licenses Code and will consider your comments when it takes final action on the enactment of the Code.  You shall have thirty days from the date of this publication to submit written comments by either hard copy or by electronic transmission to:

Comments must be in writing and must be signed by the individual submitting the comments.  Comments shall be received until December 23, 2021.
