Chairman Fox's Weekly Projects Update

by Randy Wells | Dec 8, 2021

Good Morning,

A polite reminder that vaccine clinics are open to everyone in the population groups that are noted in our vaccination plan, regardless of race or enrollment status, and you are not limited to the vaccine clinic in your segment, you can in fact go to any EMHC clinic to get your needed doses when they are due, but you must always register for your vaccine. It takes about 5-8 minutes to register and is very easy to complete.

As we have consistently advised since December 2020, we recommend that everyone preregister online with the link provided on the website if possible, using the monthly clinic flyers as a reference, but you also have the option to register with the walk-in registration clerk on site. It is just more efficient for the clinic staff that as many people as possible preregister online so it less time for you and your family to wait standing in line and the RNs can get to more people during the clinic.

Again-Everyone must register for each of their doses, whether it is online or as a walk-in on site. This is a requirement of EMHC and the ND Department of Health.

Please see the MHA Nation Vaccine Prioritization Plan Updated by the MHA EOC as of 11/29/21.

Note the additional population groups in our current Phase III, Tier VIII and Vaccine Information in the Prioritization Plan Addendum (also attached) for your reference.

Phase III is High Availability of Vaccines. Please consider Tier VIII as the Recovery Phase, as our Healthcare Providers are now able to offer the recommended Booster (3rd) Doses to all Adults 18 years of age and older, as well as being able to offer vaccinations to Children 5 years and older.

Polite Reminder: For Vaccine Clinic Pre-Registration Links and Vaccine Clinic Flyers, please see the Coronavirus Page on the MHA Nation Website: https://www.mhanation.com/coronavirus or the EMHC Public Health Facebook Page.

For questions and concerns on Covid-19, the vaccines available and upcoming vaccine clinics, please contact EMHC Public Health at 701-627-4750<tel:701-627-4750>.
