VICTORY!  BLM Waste Prevention Rule

This is Great News!  Here is short history overview; Since 2014 and during the Obama administration Ft. Berthold Protectors of Water and Earth Rights has attended and wrote Public Comments on the BLM Waste Prevention Rule with I and Walter Sr. attending many of the National oral public comments.  In 2016 Trump came into office and rescinded all of Obama environmental laws to make it easier for oil and gas industry to extract and construct.  Ft. Berthold POWER filed lawsuit along with a few other environmental groups with Earth Justice representing.
