Public Health Nursing Center – Elbowoods Memorial Health Campus

Set to be open in fall of 2025, the Public Health Nursing Center (PHN) will serve over 8,000 Native people living on Fort Berthold. This innovative facility prioritizes preventative care, health screenings, case management and education.

Some of the programs offered by the PHN Center will include:

  • WIC programs
  • Infant and toddler programs
  • Physical and speech therapy
  • Hepatitis C and AIDS/HIV screening
  • Car seat and crib programs
  • First aid training
  • Elder health training
  • Diabetic foot care
  • Home visits
  • Client and patient advising and counseling
