Public Safety and Judicial Center (PSJC)

Public safety is a top priority for our Nation, and the development of the MHA Nation Public Safety and Judicial Center represents a vital investment in maintaining that safety. This state-of-the-art facility is home to the Fort Berthold Police Department and the MHA District Court, ensuring effective and efficient services for our community.

The center includes the following key features:

• Bullet-resistant perimeter enclosure for enhanced security.
• Emergency Operations E911 Center, featuring 6 CAD stations for rapid response capabilities.
• Central police training area for law enforcement personnel.
• 3 fully-equipped courtrooms with advanced video capability.
• Emergency communications tower to ensure reliable and efficient connectivity.
• Spacious glass lobby atrium, designed for public gatherings, including events like weddings.
