MHA Nation continues to make substantial investments in the health and wellness of our people. Providing healthcare, resources and services to keep our community healthy and whole is one of our top priorities.

Twin Buttes Community Center

The Twin Buttes Community Center promotes healthy lifestyles and better quality of life for our people. The center is one of the many ways MHA leadership has invested in the health and well-being of our Tribal members. 

The Community Center includes the following amenities: 

• 10,434 square-foot gymnasium that holds 415 people

• Full scale fitness center with locker rooms 

• Indoor walking track 

• Sauna and steam room 

• Full-service kitchen 

• Movie theater
